It explains that the ServSafe Manager Certification provides the knowledge and skills to prevent foodborne illness, ensure food safety, and meet industry requirements, and lists benefits including learning food safety best practices and risk management, meeting state and industry compliance requirements, enhancing professional credentials, and protecting customers, employees, and your business.   • Flyer for the "Turkey Trot" 5K fun run/walk, held on November 21, 2026. Registration is at 8 a.m. and the race starts at 9 a.m. at the ENMU-Roswell Instructional Technology Center, 23 W. Mathis. The entry fee is non-perishable food — canned fruits or vegetables, soup, and/or a can or bag of dog or cat food. The race will benefit the ENMU-Roswell campus food pantry and the Roswell Humane Society.
