ENMU-Roswell is opening the doors to the Manager ServSafe® Food Handling Certification — a full-day training built to give you the knowledge and skills to prevent foodborne illness, ensure food safety, and meet industry requirements. It’s a powerful credential for food service managers and supervisors who want to keep their customers, staff, and businesses safe.

On Monday, October 26, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break in between), head to the Learning Resource Center (LRC) Flex Room 121 on the ENMU-Roswell Campus at 52 University Blvd, Roswell, NM 88203.

During the session, you’ll dig into food safety best practices and risk management, master the state and industry compliance requirements you must meet, and add a valuable credential that enhances your professional standing. Whether you’re running the kitchen, managing the line, or supervising the team, this is your chance to help protect your customers, employees, and business.

All for $250 per person — exam fee included.
