  • Flyer for the ENMU Roswell Manager ServSafe® Food Handling Certification course. It explains that the ServSafe Manager Certification provides the knowledge and skills to prevent foodborne illness, ensure food safety, and meet industry requirements, and lists benefits including learning food safety best practices and risk management, meeting state and industry compliance requirements, enhancing professional credentials, and protecting customers, employees, and your business. Red handwritten annotations update the printed details: the class is now on November 16th in OTC 116, replacing the crossed-out October 2nd, 2026 date and LRC Room 121 location. The class runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch break, at a cost of $250 per person, including the exam fee.   • Flyer for the "Turkey Trot" 5K fun run/walk, held on November 21, 2026. Registration is at 8 a.m. and the race starts at 9 a.m. at the ENMU-Roswell Instructional Technology Center, 23 W. Mathis. The entry fee is non-perishable food — canned fruits or vegetables, soup, and/or a can or bag of dog or cat food. The race will benefit the ENMU-Roswell campus food pantry and the Roswell Humane Society. The flyer has a fall theme, with orange maple leaves, a pumpkin, and a cartoon turkey in a running pose wearing a green headband, running shoes, and a race bib reading "2026."     The 16-Week session ends. The last day of classes is December 4th. Final Exams and Assessments will take place on December 7th and 8th.
