Financial Literacy

Financial literacy refers to the knowledge, understanding, and skills necessary to manage personal finances effectively, making informed decisions about earning, saving, spending, investing, and borrowing money. Developing money skills empowers students to navigate complex financial situations, avoid debt, build wealth over time, and achieve long-term goals such as buying a home, funding education, or starting a business. By acquiring financial literacy, students can reduce stress related to finances, increase their confidence in making sound financial decisions, and cultivate healthy financial habits that will serve them well throughout their lives, setting them up for success and stability as they grow in their careers.
