Facility Rentals and Use Charges

Our campus offers a variety of spaces available for rent, including facilities suitable for dance rehearsals, workshops, meetings, and events such as baby showers, bridal showers, birthday and graduation parties. Reservable areas range from meeting rooms like the Fireplace Room to larger event spaces such as the CUB Alcove Room and ITC 145 Commons, offering a flexible and versatile environment for different activities.

If your event type is beyond the scope of what we usually offer, please contact the Facilities Coordinator.

You should make reservation requests as far ahead as possible; at least a week's notice is preferred. However, reservations must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance.

NOTE: Most classrooms seat up to 25 and are equipped with a computer and a projector. Computer labs seat 24 + 1 (24 students plus 1 instructor station). The Dance Studio (PEC 204) has no chairs and has mirrors along one wall. Rehearsals in the Performing Arts Center are charged at a rate of $50.00 USD per day. PAC Rentals require a campus building license agreement and PAC Addendum. The CUB Alcove room and the Multi-Purpose room are available for baby showers and graduation parties.

Do I need a Campus Building Use License?

Please complete the Campus Building Use License if you intend to use the Performing Arts Center (PAC). In some cases, you will also be required to submit license request to use the ITC Commons or Gymnasium (PEC Gym). If you are unsure, please contact the Facilities Coordinator.

If reserving the Performing Arts Center, you must also complete the PAC Addendum in addition to the Campus Building Use License.

Special Fees

Special Fees apply to all University facilities rented in addition to the Daily Base Rates.

Labor Services

IT Technician

IT support needed outside of regular business hours will be charged at a rate $45/hour. Use of non-owned ENMU-Roswell computing equipment is prohibited. If a presentation will be given, please bring it on a thumb drive or other portable storage device.

Security

If it is deemed that your event requires security presence, the fee will be $45/hour per security officer. A two hour minimum charge will apply.

PAC Lead Technician

Support provided by the Performing Arts Center’s lead technician will be charged at a rate of $30/hour.

Sim Lab Specialist

The Health Sciences Simulation Center’s Sim Lab Simulation Specialist will be charged at a rate of $30/hour; the Sim Lab Skills Trainer incurs a $50/hour fee.

Other Fees

Set-Up Fees

When extensive set-up is required for an event, setup fees may be charged at a rate of $45/hour per person, during regular or non-regular business hours. This applies to all customers, including University departments, divisions, and programs.

Clean-Up Fees

There is a cleanup fee of $45/hour with a minimum 2 hour charge applied

Tablecloths for the ITC Commons

The use of tablecloths in the ITC Commons incurs an additional $2.00 fee per table.

Vinyl Flooring for Gymnasium

There is a $180.00 fee for the setup of the vinyl flooring at the PEC gym which is required for ALL non-sporting events.

Weekend Rates

All rental and set-up fees apply. However, Maintenance, IT, Custodial, and Security fees will be assessed at $90/hour on weekends.

Reservable Spaces

Performing Arts Center

The PAC offers theater style seating for up to 412 attendees, a medium sized stage with a large screen, advanced sound and lighting, and a new 4K resolution projector. It is an ideal space for presentations, speeches, ceremonies, and entertainment.

ITC Commons

The ITC Commons (Room 145) is centrally located in the heart of the Instructional Technology Center, one of the more modern buildings on our campus. This area has natural lighting provided by skylights, four large displays (two on each wall), available tables and chairs, advanced video conferencing and presentation technology, and a podium.

Gymnasium

The Gym is one of the largest multi-use spaces available on our campus. It can be set up with tables and chairs and vinyl flooring or used as normally configured for sporting events.

Fireplace Room

This private conference room is equipped with a projector and a large table that seats 18 persons comfortably. It is well suited for large meetings and training sessions and is located next to the front entrance of the building, making it easy to find and access.

CUB Multi-Purpose Room

This space is located down the hall from the Fireplace Room and conveniently near the main entrance of the Campus Union Building. It seats 50 to 60 persons comfortably and is equipped with a projector and screen and video conferencing technology. We recommend this space for larger meetings, training sessions, baby or bridal showers, and birthday parties.

CUB Alcove

The Alcove room is used for meetings, luncheons, dinners, baby or bridal showers, and birthday parties. It is located immediately adjacent to the Fireplace Room and near the main front entrance to the CUB. This room is set with up to eight 48 inch round tables and 40 chairs and is equipped with an electronic screen.

Classrooms

Most classrooms can seat up to 25 persons and are usually equipped with a computer, projector, and screen. This setting is ideal for classes, workshops, or meetings.

Computer Labs

Computer labs can be used for workshops, meetings, and software training sessions. All computer classrooms / labs are set with up to 24 computer stations and one instructor station.

OTC Seminar Room

The Seminar room in the OTC is set with fixed tables and chairs that seat up to 120 persons. This room is equipped with three high-resolution short-throw projectors, room audio, and a podium that sits on a raised platform.

Dance Studio

The dance studio can be used for dance rehearsals and aerobics. This space features ballet bars, a well-maintained wood dance floor, and large mirrors along one wall.
