Shall the Eastern New Mexico University Roswell District expand its career and technical education programs through imposing a property tax levy of $2.00 per each $1,000.00 of net tax value on all taxable property within the Eastern New Mexico University – Roswell District (an increase of $1.00 per each $1,000.00 over the current tax levy rate of $1.00 per each $1,000.00 of net taxable value)?
