Surveillance Camera & Computer Field Service Technician

CANDIDATES WITH THE ABOVE PERSONALITY TRAITS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO INSTALL, TROUBLESHOOT AND REPAIR ISSUES RELATED TO:
 Security camera installation, configuration and maintenance (including multi-user access on desktop and mobile phone)
 Panasonic Video Insight (or similar) video and surveillance systems
 Desktop and Laptop Computer Systems
 Windows Operating Systems
 MS Office (all versions)
 Off the shelf and proprietary applications
 Connectivity in a Windows Server environment
 Basic IP Network connectivity and routing
 Peripherals (printers, scanners, monitors, etc.)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
 Must be 21 years or older
 Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to office
 Associate’s from two-year college or technical school in relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
 2+ years of experience in similar surveillance installation and maintenance
 Experience working outdoors, around loud equipment, and livestock
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Successful candidate will be required to install and maintain video surveillance systems (hard-wired or wireless) on multiple dairies in the Roswell, NM area. Individual will also be asked to monitor security video (on or off site) and immediately report any suspicious activity to supervisors. Candidate will be able to provide comprehensive operating instructions and training to end users. Candidate will be available to troubleshoot internet connectivity issues, install any necessary programs and applications, and ensure that peripherals are working properly, and that any accessibility issues are immediately addressed.
WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT:
Work involves exposure to unusual elements: i.e. extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, livestock feed (hay/grain) and working near cattle.
Physical effort is moderate, and will require individual to stand, sit, or walk frequently. Reach for objects overhead, climb on ladders and buildings, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Standard Work Schedule (M-F, 8-5)
