Description: Support store team members and consult STLs/HRBPs on various HR aspects (i.e. staffing, talent, compensation, hourly team member training, etc.) with input, guidance, and support from peers or leader.

Qualifications: Model a culture of compliance to protect Target’s reputation and team; maintain routines that satisfy federal, state and local laws and regulations, including minor and meal-and-rest-period laws Provide guidance/support and perform administrative tasks for leaders for all hourly team member and Team Leader corrective actions to ensure documents are accurate, consistent and adhere to Target’s Counseling and Corrective Action (CCA) Policy Create a learning environment by leading hourly Team Member and Team Leader training and development Execute HR cyclical processes (hourly team member Talent Routines, hourly team member Annual Pay & Performance, Best Team Survey, etc.) to the store through collaboration with key partners and leaders Model and follow company procedures related to HR processes and handling confidential information Perform Leader on Duty (LOD) responsibilities (no more than 2 LOD shifts per week)
