Mathis\, Roswell\, NM 88203. \nThe event features a variety of engaging activities\, including: \n\nA reading of the proclamation.\nAn opportunity to meet with city and county officials.\nEducational booths and resources to explore.\nA voting booth.\n\nGuests can also enjoy refreshments\, specifically nachos and root beer floats. \nIf you have any questions regarding the event\, please reach out to Deanna Maestas (dmaestas@enmu.edu) or Veronica Munoz (veronica.munoz@enmu.edu). \nWhy we observe Constitution Day \n\n\nConstitution Day and Citizenship Day is an American federal observance that recognizes the adoption of the United States Constitution and those who have become U.S. citizens.
