Job Title          Administrative Assistant/Sales Assistant

Job Reporting Relationship

            Supervised by:           Financial Advisor or Office Manager

Basic Qualifications

Education/Training:   A high school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Business related field preferred;

Skill(s):             Cleary communicated in English; proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills; proficient PC, keyboarding, filing, and scanning skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office software; basic knowledge of trust and investment matters; visual and auditory skills, valid driver’s license, as well as proof of auto insurance.

Experience:     A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in related administrative support positions normally required.
