Please complete the required information, print your temporary permit, and display it on the driver’s side dashboard facing up (so the permit is viewable from outside the vehicle). This permit entitles the user to park in any “Permit Only” parking areas. Avoid parking in “visitor only” spaces, disabled spaces (unless you have proper disabled placard/plate), service/delivery zone, “no-parking” area or otherwise posted/marked areas.
