1.3 REGISTRY of POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

1. Purpose. The purpose of this Registry is to provide all members of the Eastern New Mexico University-Roswell (ENMU-Roswell) community with notice of the existence of all policy and procedure documents that are not contained in the ENMU-Roswell Policies and Procedures Manual (P & P Manual).

2. Policy. It is the policy of the ENMU-Roswell that:

1. Those departmental or office policies and procedures that do not have institution wide application are not contained in the P & P Manual.

2. ENMU-Roswell shall maintain a listing of titles of those departmental or office policies and procedures documents not contained in the P & P Manual in order that members of the campus community have the opportunity to know all of the policies and procedures that govern the institution.
