ENMU-ROSWELL RESPIRATORY THERAPY
GRADUATES SCORE ABOVE NATIONAL PASS RATES
The Respiratory Therapy program at ENMU-Roswell posted excellent outcomes in the 2013 annual report of accreditation through the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC). The results for ENMU-Roswell’s 2013 graduates show a 100-percent pass rate on their CRT exams, a 95-percent pass rate on the RRT exams, and a 95-percent job placement rate.
“These far exceed that of both the state and national averages,” said Gina Buldra, Respiratory Therapy Program director. “Employers of our graduates are highly impressed with their abilities in knowledge, skills, and professionalism. Our graduates are sought out over most others in the region. These results should enable us to receive a very prestigious award given by the CoARC next summer for RRT excellence in education. We are very proud of all of our graduates. We appreciate the hard work that all of the program's instructors have done to produce such qualified respiratory therapists.”
ENMU-Roswell offers an Associate of Applied Science degree in Respiratory Therapy, enabling graduates to sit for their RRT exams. For more information on the Respiratory Therapy Program, call (575) 624-7217.
