The new Sierra Vista Village Student Housing Complex at ENMU-Roswell provides students with all the benefits of living on campus with fully furnished apartments that include private bedrooms, fully equipped kitchens, cable television, and Internet access.

In total, 258 beds will be available to students in three separate buildings—a dormitory style unit and two apartment style units. 

Fall 2008 room rates are:

• $406.55 per occupant per month for a 2 bed/1 bath unit without kitchen.
• Single occupancy per room. Laundry facilities available on each floor.
• $473.50 per occupant per month for a 2 bed/1 bath unit with kitchen.
• Single occupancy per room. Washer/dryer in each unit.
• $447.75 per occupant per month for a 4 bed/2 bath unit with kitchen. 
• Single occupancy per room. Washer/dryer in each unit
