Apartment:

• $435 per occupant per month for 4-bed/2-bath unit
• $460 per occupant per month for 2-bed/1-bath unit

Suite - Inside one of our spacious two bedroom suites, you will enjoy 350 square feet of heated living area.  You will have the comfort of a private bedroom.  You will share the common areas such as the bathroom and furnished living room with your suitemate.  These rooms resemble an efficiency apartment.

4-bed/2-bath apartment; full kitchen and washer/dryer included – At 1096 square feet, this apartment is our largest apartment.  You get it all.  This apartment feels more like a house.  You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and a fully furnished apartment.  You will share the common areas with up to three other housemates.

2-bed/1bath apartment; full kitchen and washer/dryer included – Giving you privacy and space, the two bedroom/1bath apartment offers 660 square feet of heated living area.  This apartment resembles a small house. A bathroom with dual vanities connects the two side-by-side rooms.  Link to pictures

A Meal Plan is required for residents who occupy a suite.
