BINGAMAN TO BE HONORED AT FOUNDATION BANQUET

                U.S. Senator, Jeff Bingaman will be the guest of honor at the ENMU-Roswell Foundation’s Eleventh Annual Foundation for the Future Banquet on Tuesday, May 1 from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Roswell Convention and Civic Center, 912 N. Main St. The annual foundation banquet is an opportunity to raise funds and awareness about the work of the Foundation. The event is also an opportunity to publicly recognize and thank those who have helped to foster the growth of the University.

               Bingaman will receive the President’s Distinguished Service Award for his enduring support of ENMU-Roswell. The Diamond Service Award will be presented to the Eastern New Mexico Medical Center Auxiliary, in recognition of the numerous scholarships the organization has awarded to ENMU-Roswell students over the years. Foundation Merit Awards will be presented to two outstanding ENMU-Roswell employees and two memorial scholarships will be presented to deserving ENMU-Roswell students.

              The cost of the luncheon is $60 per person or $450 for a table of eight. Table sponsors receive name recognition in the program and table signage. A corporate sponsorship is also available for $1000. Corporate sponsors receive name recognition in the program, table signage and additional sponsor support signage at the luncheon with preferred seating.
