2.
Copy of current certificate, licensure, or registration in allied health field.
3.
Proof of computer access with internet capability including provision of current email address.
4.
Completion of University Skills Placement Test and appropriate developmental courses, if necessary unless applicant possesses an Associate
Degree or higher.
A grade of “C” or higher in all AHE prefixed courses must be achieved in order to graduate from the program.  An overall “C” average must be
maintained to graduate from the program and from ENMU-Roswell.
