ENMU-ROSWELL AND ROSWELL RECREATION TO HOLD
HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL BAND CAMPS
ENMU-Roswell and the Roswell Recreation Department are sponsoring high school and middle school band camps beginning Monday, June 25 through Tuesday, July 3. Both groups will perform in a concert at the July 4th City of Roswell celebration.
The Middle School Camp, open to any band student who has completed grades 6-7, will be held from 9 to 11:00 a.m. each day. Students who have completed the 8th grade may attend either camp. The High School Camp, open to any band student grades 9-12, including students who have just graduated, will be held from 1 to 3:00 p.m. each day.
All sessions will be held at ENMU-Roswell. The cost is $25 for the week, and scholarships are available. Kevin Everitt, Berrendo Middle School Band Director, is the camp director. There will be no auditions or marching, just making music together and having fun.
