Edward N. David - Position 1

Ed David is currently Vice President of the ENMU-Roswell Foundation. He is also Vice President of David Petroleum Corporation and a petroleum landman. He is a member of several community organizations, including Roswell Redcoats and the Historical Society for Southeast New Mexico. David has two bachelor's degrees from Texas Tech University. One degree is in business administration and marketing and the other bachelor's degree is in business administration, petroleum land management.
Steve Henderson - Position 2 President

Steve Henderson currently serves on the Roswell City Council and remains active in real estate property management. For 14 years he worked as Support Services Administrator for the City of Roswell. He is a member of the ENMU-Roswell Community Advisory Council and volunteers with numerous community organizations. Henderson received a bachelor's degree in business and a master's degree in business with an emphasis in real estate management from Eastern New Mexico University.
Bernarr Treat - Position 3

Bernarr Treat is currently the Executive Director of the Roswell Chamber of Commerce. He also operates Rocky Ridge Cattle Ranch, which his family has owned for five generations. He is also board president at Generations of Learning Center and a board member of the Roswell Rotary Club. Treat is a high school graduate of New Mexico Military Institute. He attended New Mexico State University and Texas Christian University, where he earned a certificate in ranch management.
Clyde McKee - Position 4

Clyde McKee is an agent for State Farm Insurance. He has also served as a magistrate judge from 1970-1976. McKee has been involved in a number of community service organizations, including Keep Roswell Beautiful. He received a bachelor's degree in education from Eastern New Mexico University and worked as a teacher before he became an insurance agent. He also has a master's degree in business from ENMU.
Eloise Blake - Position 5 Secretary

Eloise Blake is a retired U.S. Army Reserve colonel. She worked as a nursing instructor at ENMU-Roswell and was the chair of the Division of Health for 12 years before retiring from the university. She was granted emeritus status and received the Harris Award for Distinguished Service to ENMU-Roswell in 2005. Blake is a member of the Eastern New Mexico Medical Center board and several military associations. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Delaware and a master's degree in psychology from Eastern New Mexico University. Blake also has a master's degree in nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso.
