Career and Technical Education - Electronics Technology
The Electronics Technology Program at ENMU-Roswell trains students for a wide variety of entry level positions in the electronics and computer industries. Technicians work in repair shops, hospitals, offices, broadcast stations, manufacturing industries, educational institutions, communications shops, and computer businesses. The curriculum covers basic electricity, analog and digital electronics, troubleshooting, and computer technology. The classroom/labs are equipped with modern trainers, test equipment, and computers. A part of each day's instruction is spent doing hands-on testing and troubleshooting on the benches. Students certify their knowledge with an external test toward the end of each year's instruction.
