Certificate of Occupational Training

The Business Assistant Administrator Certificate is a three-semester program that includes all the essentials needed to equip students to assume positions in a business setting. Students will learn skills to provide entry-level clerical and reception support for administration and staff. Those skills include answering telephones, greeting clients and visitors, making appointments and referrals, keyboarding, filing, and providing assistance to the department head in administrative areas involving limited supervision.
