If you are meeting with Patsy King to discuss financial aid, please bring the following documents with you:

• Most recent tax returns
• All W2 forms
• Your driver’s license or a picture ID if you don’t have a driver’s license
• Your PIN # (if you have one)
• Any pertinent financial information (i.e. Social Security, Workman’s Compensation, Unemployment Compensation, AFCD, TANF, Retirement, IRAs, Business Worth, Investments, etc.)
• If you were born after January 1, 1983, you need to know your dependency status
• At the beginning of the 2006-2007 school year, will you be working on a master’s or doctorate?
• As of today are you married? (You must provide your spouse’s income information if you are)
• Do you have children who receive more than half of their support from you?
• Do you have dependents (other than your children or spouse) who live with you and who receive more than half of their support from you, now and through June 30, 2007?
• Are both of your parents deceased, or are you or were you (until age 18) a ward/dependent of the court?
• Are you a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces?
• If you answer “No” to every question above, you are a dependent student and must provide your parent’s/parents’ pertinent income information.
  • Parents’ social security number, date of birth, marital status and date thereof, and all of the aforementioned financial information if you are a dependent student
  • Date that you (and your parents, if applicable) became a legal resident of your current state of legal residence
