Program Description This program is not eligible for Pell Grant.  Students will learn:  Monitor animals recovering from surgeryClean and maintain kennels, animal holding areas, exam/operating roomsHold and restrain animals during proceduresProvide emergency first aid to sick or injured animalsAssist vet in examining animals to determine nature of illness or injury.Clean, maintain, and sterilize instruments/equipment.Prepare surgical equipment/pass instruments or materials to vets during surgery.
